If you think you've seen this release before, you have. It was one of the more interesting guest releases on the Jon7.net Microlabel, and due to its epic strangeness we felt it deserved a place in the Timetheory catalogue.

Instant (aka Ben Kelly) created this set of extremely minimal tracks, which use silence as much as sound to create these wide landscapes, ehich at first are stark and repetitive. Over time, the sounds sink in and (to use a Cage-ian excuse) other sounds in the listener's environment become a part of the music.
The original submission was 4.5 hours in length and it was pared down to the seven tracks that best exemplified the concept.

We really felt this release was classic Timetheory style material, even before Timetheory existed. We think if you give this a long thorough listen you'll feel utterly transformed by the time it's finished.
